These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of TradePrep (the “App”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1) Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you use the App on behalf of a company or organization, you represent you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2) Accounts & Authentication

You may sign in using third-party providers (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

3) Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for illegal activities or to violate any applicable laws.
  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the App or its services.
  • Misuse content or features in a way that harms others, including fraud or abusive behavior.
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except to the extent permitted by law.

4) Content & Educational Disclaimer

TradePrep provides educational content for exam preparation and professional learning. The App does not guarantee passing any licensing exam or achieving any specific result. Always verify local code requirements and consult qualified professionals when needed.

5) Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, text, graphics, and features, is owned by Axom Technologies LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6) Service Changes & Availability

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (in whole or in part) at any time. We strive to keep the App available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

7) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Axom Technologies LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising from your use of the App.

8) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a security or legal risk.
